What this template is for
A4 PDF, 5 pages — the document you send anyone who makes things for you. It renders at PDF, A4 pages, using your project's own logo, colour palette and typefaces — you never set them per asset.
What you fill in
Every field has a sensible default drawn from your project, so a usable document exists before you type anything.
- Version / date shown on the cover — e.g. “Version 1.0”
- Intro sentence (page 2) — e.g. “How $NAME looks, speaks and shows up — use this document to keep every”
- Note about your fonts (typography page) — e.g. “The display face carries headlines and numbers; the body face carries ”
- How your brand talks (one sentence) — e.g. “Confident, direct, a little playful. Short sentences. No hype words we”

- Don'ts — one rule per line
It doesn't get used up
This is a template, not a file. Come back next week, change the headline, and render a brand-new document that still matches everything else you've made. Updating your palette or tagline updates every asset you generate afterwards.
